Rules & Registration

Please include passenger name, form of payment, amount to be charged, and delivery option in case of paper ticket. Also please include your Travel Agency name, agent name, your phone number and your email address.

If you made your reservation in Amadeus please include the record locator and release the pnr to us using the following format: esmia1s21fh-b If you use any other system then send us a copy of the reservation with names and flights exactly as they appear.

Tickets requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern time Monday through Friday. Bookings made after the 5:00 PM deadline will be processed the next business day and fare is not guaranteed.

2) Fare Guarantees:

Fares are subject to change without notice. Fare is guaranteed at time of booking only when accompanied by a valid credit card payment. In the event of a credit card transaction being declined for any reason, fare is subject to change until a valid form of payment is received by Dumonde Travel.

3) Payment options:

a) Cash: Cash reservations will be held for 24 hours only, we accept cash payments via Quick Collect from “Western Union”, call us for more information.

b) Check: Check payment method is allowed only if the ticket time limit is 5 business days or over. The reservations will be held up to 5 business days prior to ticketing day, if payment is not received and cleared prior to ticketing deadline we are encouraging to change the payment method to Credit Card otherwise the reservation will be cancelled.

c) Credit Cards: For all credit card payments we require a credit card authorization form signed by your passenger along with copy of ID (drivers license or passport) and front and back copy of credit card, please fax it to 305-379-6845. To access the authorization form please click here! 

4) Fees:

a) Ticket issue fee: $10.00
b) Exchange fee: $25.00
c) Refund fee: $25.00
d) Hotel: 8% Agency 2% Dumonde Travel
e) Cruise: 8% Agency 2% Dumonde Travel
f) Packages: 8% Agency 2% Dumonde

Travel In addition to the refund fee, all tickets returned for refund must also have the original commission amount returned to Dumonde Travel, in order for us to process such refund, which takes between 4 to 8 weeks. d) Paper tickets delivery fees: Dumonde Travel charges $5.40 for Priority Mail, tickets will be delivered within (7) seven business days after reservations are complete with a valid form of payment. Fedex overnight service is available at $30.00 fee.

5) Commission payment:

Commissions will be paid by check on a weekly basis. Check will be sent along with a commission report.

6) Amadeus Home-Pro reservation system:

If you would like to request an Amadeus Home-Pro linked to our reservation system, the cost is $25.00 monthly.

7) Frequent Flyer/Special Meals/Seating Requests or Schedule Changes:

Once booked and ticketed, it is the responsibility of the retail agent, or passenger, to contact the airlines to give Frequent Flyer account information, request special meals, or to arrange seating. It is the responsibility of the passenger to confirm the times of the flights which have been booked at least 72 hours before their scheduled departure.

8) Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the retail agent and passenger to ensure valid passport and entry visas are obtained for all destinations. Dumonde Travel is not responsible for any visas or other documentation required for traveling.
